A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your game trailer reservation. We collect a deposit of $99.00 for all party bookings to reserve your date and time.
Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than welcome to accommodate at no extra charge if the date is available. Cancellations made (14) calendar days or more: FULL REFUND. Cancellations made (7-13) days prior to an event: 50% REFUND. Cancellations made less than (7) calendar days: NO REFUND. However, events may be rescheduled.
All charges and/or refunds will be charged or credited to the card provided when the event was booked. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
